If you are an early user of ProAxion's Machine Health Ticket Feature, you can view machine health tickets live to track the issue resolution process. Tickets are tracked and resolved via jitbit. Tickets can be responded to via email or by logging directly into jitbit.
Note: You can only view a ticket if ProAxion has started one for your machine. If you'd like to start a ticket for a machine, please send an email to support@proaxion.io
There are 2 main ways to access tickets about a machine.
- Dashboard View
- View the Dashboard for your Site or Line and look at the "Open Ticket" Column to the right. This link will take you to the open ticket)
- Machine View
- If a machine has an open ticket, a yellow triangle will appear in the machine timeline. This indicates that there is an open ticket and clicking on the triangle will link you to the ticket.
