How to Capture a Successful Outcome

2. Capture What Happened 📝

Once an issue has been fixed, capture what was successful, understand impact, and provide a reference for the future.


  1. Please fill out the attached spreadsheet at the bottom of this article to capture some basic details and send to support@proaxion.io. This file should also be attached as a note on the timeline.

  2. Take pictures of any components confirmed to have damage (wear, pitting to bearing race, etc). Send to support@proaxion.io

The learning we have from this process will eventually fuel development for value capture right in UI. For now, we appreciate you capturing this in the sheet and getting it to us.

3. Update Sensor Locations and Machine Info 📲

Usually during maintenance, components and/or sensors were moved/ swapped out. Please help us keep up to date info in our system so we can provide accurate analysis and support.


After the work is complete, please use the Mobile Forms app to update the machine so we have current records. It is critical for ProAxion to know:
  • Info about any new components (new motors or bearings)
  • Sensor locations (Which sensors are where now?)
  • Updated pictures sensors and machine (Sensor orientation critical for vibe analysis)
